How long do repairs take?
Most repairs are completed on-site in 30–60 minutes. Complex overhauls or parts orders may require a follow-up visit, which we'll explain upfront before beginning any work.
How do you handle my watch during the repair?
You are present for the entire service. We work in front of you, explain every step, and return your watch to your hands before we leave. Your timepiece never leaves your sight.
What does the 90-day warranty cover?
The 90-day workmanship warranty covers all parts installed and labor performed during the repair. It does not cover accidental damage, unrelated new problems, or watch models flagged as high-risk before work began.
What is not included in a battery replacement?
The battery cost is included in the price. Crystal resealing and a post-swap pressure test are a small additional fee — quoted before we start.
Do you work on higher-end watches like Omega or TAG Heuer?
Yes. We specialize in everyday watch brands like Casio, Citizen, Seiko, Bulova, Fossil, Invicta, and many more. Select higher-end watches such as Omega, Cartier, Breitling, and TAG Heuer may also be serviced by request.
Is there a diagnostic fee?
No. Estimates are always free. We assess your watch and provide a quote before any work begins. You only pay if you approve the repair.
What if parts need to be ordered?
If a specific part isn't in our van, we'll order it and schedule a second visit at no additional travel cost.
